Amad Ayoubi

Amad Ayoubi, CPA, CFE, CMA, M.B.A. has extensive experience in finance and accounting. Amad has worked in various roles throughout their career, including Vice President Finance at MarketCast LLC since 2016. Prior to that, they were the Regional Financial Controller / Corporate Manager at Epic Land Solutions from 2011 to 2016. Amad also served as the Owner & CFO of ALC Imports Company from 2009 to 2011, where they successfully managed daily operations and facilitated the sale of the business. Additionally, Ayoubi held positions as Accounting Manager, Assistant Controller, and Controller at FTR International, Inc. from 2002 to 2009. In these roles, they provided leadership in accounting and controlling operations for the construction business.

Amad Ayoubi, CPA, CFE, CMA, M.B.A. completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business/Managerial Economics from Damascus University in 1999. Amad then pursued a dual degree, obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Troy University in 2002, specializing in Information Systems and General Management. In addition, Ayoubi holds professional certifications including Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), and Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
