Bryson Dean has held various leadership roles throughout their career. Bryson began as a Data Entry specialist at At Your Service Tax and Accounting in 2007. Bryson then joined Nielsen in 2011, where they worked in several positions including Senior Operations Analyst, Delivery Lead, GBS Process Owner, GBS Operations Manager, and eventually Operations Director, Entertainment & TV Brand Effect. In this role, they managed operational procedures, controlled product deliveries, and coordinated sales presentations globally. Bryson also collaborated with HR and management to improve associate engagement and reduce attrition. In 2015, Bryson transitioned to Phoenix Marketing International as Director of Operations, where they led the transition of the operations unit and restructured the team with a client-centric focus. Bryson recently joined MarketCast in 2020 as Vice President of Operations, overseeing a multi-million dollar budget and managing a team across multiple countries. Bryson played a pivotal role in transitioning ad monitoring work to an in-house model and works closely with the Chief Product and Chief Strategy officers on product direction and processes. Overall, Bryson Dean has extensive experience in operations management, team leadership, and process improvement.
Bryson Dean attended Countryside High School from 2003 to 2006, obtaining a high school diploma. From 2006 to 2010, they pursued a degree in Management & Information Systems Management at the University of South Florida, earning a minor in the field.
