Amir Karmali

Amir Karmali has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Amir'smost recent position was as a Partner Enablement Manager at SOTI, starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Marketcircle as a Director of Partner Relations, where they were responsible for global partner strategy and execution. Amir supported and enabled over 50 global partners and their staff, while also onboarding, training, and coaching new partners.

Amir also has experience as a General Manager at Movati Athletic, where they managed 150+ employees and oversaw the operations of a large fitness facility. Amir was responsible for financial management, performance, and sales, ensuring the club met or exceeded budgetary goals.

Earlier in their career, Amir worked at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital, where they held the position of Manager of Client and Family-Centered Care and Partnerships. Amir developed and facilitated various innovative programs aimed at improving patient and family experiences and engagement. Amir also worked at Loblaw Companies Limited as a Senior Manager of Online Learning, overseeing eLearning initiatives and facilitating training programs.

Amir has also gained entrepreneurial experience as the Owner/Operator of Coquine Restaurant, where they managed all aspects of the business, including concept development, construction, and recruitment. Prior to that, they worked as a Food & Beverage Manager at York Downs.com, where they were responsible for the department's operations and staff management, resulting in increased sales and improved service quality.
