Tunde Olaniyi has extensive experience in technical support and customer service roles. They started their career as a Technical Support Advisor at Concentrix in June 2017 and held this position until June 2019. They then moved up to become a Senior Technical Support Advisor at Concentrix from June 2019 to September 2021. Following this, Tunde worked as a Customer Experience Agent at Blue Cross Blue Shield Association from September 2021 to January 2022. Currently, Tunde is employed as a Technical Support Agent at Marketcircle since January 2022.
