Andrew Bosson's work experience begins in 2007 as a Summer Research Fellow at NYU School of Medicine. From 2007 to 2008, they worked as an Undergraduate Researcher at the Department of Genetics, UGA. In 2009, they joined Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) as a Graduate Resident Tutor. During their time at MIT, they also worked as a Graduate Student in the laboratory of Phillip Sharp at the Koch Institute for Integrative Cancer Research. From 2014 to 2019, they held various roles including a Volunteer Strategy Consultant at Words of Hope Africa (NGO) and a Country Portfolio Strategy Manager at Save the Children International. In 2015, they started working at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a Project Leader and later became a Principal in 2020. Currently, they hold the positions of VP of Strategy & Impact and Chief Operating Officer at MarketForce, where they are responsible for guiding strategy development, measuring social impact, and designing partnerships.

Andrew Bosson completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Genetics from The University of Georgia from 2004 to 2008. Afterward, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Biology, General from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2008 to 2014.
