Fotis S. Kokotos

Fotis S. Kokotos serves as the President of ReHORECA Sustainability System since April 2025, focusing on expanding sustainability initiatives across the HORECA sector in Greece. As a member of the Board for the Greek Tourism Confederation (SETE) since May 2014 and a Management Board member at Marketing Greece S.A. since May 2015, Kokotos contributes to promoting Greece as a premier tourist destination. With a career that includes roles as a Spa Designer at SpaTech Specialist Engineering & Design and as an Environmental Engineer and Property Developer at Elounda Real Estate Development since 1988, Kokotos has extensive expertise in luxury real estate and spa design. Previous experience includes being a Project Manager at Focal Project Managers from 2007 to 2008, where involvement in high-profile projects like Mykonos Grace Hotel showcased strong negotiation and budget compliance skills. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge and a Master of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from UCLA.
