Stephanie Pounders, CDMP, is a seasoned marketing operations professional with significant experience in leading teams and driving operational excellence. Currently serving as Senior Director of Marketing Operations at Eptura since July 2019, Stephanie provides leadership across analytics, campaign management, and web development. Prior roles include Director of Marketing Operations and Sr. Marketing Operations Manager at Eptura, where a comprehensive MarTech stack was optimized for effective lead generation. With previous experience as Digital Marketing Specialist at LeasePlan and involvement in various administrative and operational roles, Stephanie possesses a strong background in marketing automation, brand management, and process improvement. Holding a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Wesleyan College, Stephanie also actively contributes to the MO Pros community, sharing knowledge and best practices in marketing operations.
