Brett Huffman has extensive experience in product management and marketing. From 2023 onwards, they worked as a Product Manager at Marketlab, where they were responsible for the Lab/Specimen Collection and Phlebotomy categories. Prior to that, from 2020 to 2022, they served as an Associate Marketing Director at BISSELL Homecare, Inc., overseeing multiple businesses including BISSELL/Woolite Manual Consumables, the Better Life brand, and the Stick Vacuum & Specialty Cleaning category.
From 2012 to 2020, Brett worked at Ranir, first as a Marketing Manager, managing the Plackers brand and expanding their scope to include various private label categories. Brett eventually became the Marketing Director, overseeing business strategy, product development, and the complete North American private label portfolio. During their tenure, they collaborated closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive meaningful growth and deliver solutions for retailers and consumers.
Before Ranir, Brett held positions at HoMedics, where they started as a Senior Product Manager and eventually became the divisional General Manager. Brett played a critical role in the launch and management of the Homedics Healthcare & Diagnostics division, as well as the successful launches of over 150 consumer packaged goods products.
Lastly, Brett began their career at Hedstrom, where they held various roles in product management and marketing. Brett was responsible for the development and management of multiple children's leisure and play product lines, as well as the Coral brand flotation devices. Brett also collaborated with licensors such as Disney, Warner Bros., and Nickelodeon. Brett's roles at Hedstrom included Senior Product Manager, Product Manager, Assistant Marketing Manager, and Marketing Associate.

Brett Huffman has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Management, Strategy, and Leadership from Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business, which they obtained from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Marketing from the same institution in the year 2000. Additionally, they also hold a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Telecommunications from Michigan State University College of Communication Arts and Sciences, which they completed in the year 2000 as well.
