Shelly Gepfert has extensive experience in the marketing field. Shelly started their career at dmg world media as a Regional Marketing Manager from September 2006 to July 2008. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing marketing efforts for trade exhibitions and consumer shows. Shelly then moved on to Marketplace Events, where they held various positions. From January 2010 to April 2015, they served as the Marketing Director, U.S., and was later promoted to Vice President, Marketing in April 2015. At Marketplace Events, they played a pivotal role in organizing and marketing consumer events across multiple markets, attracting millions of attendees and exhibitors annually.
Shelly Gepfert obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Notre Dame from 1991 to 1995. Shelly studied Communications and Spanish during this period. Later, from 2003 to 2005, they pursued a Master's degree in Communication from Indiana University Bloomington.
