Stephanie Hughes

Stephanie Hughes is a seasoned journalist and producer with extensive experience in broadcasting and reporting on business, economics, and education. Currently serving as a Senior Reporter at Marketplace by APM since December 2015, Stephanie focuses on impactful stories related to educational technology and employment trends for graduates. As a freelance producer and reporter since September 2007, Stephanie has contributed to various prestigious outlets, including The New York Times and NPR. Previous roles include producing for Bloomberg LP, WYPR's "Maryland Morning," and WNYC Radio's "The Takeaway." Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Pennsylvania and has also studied at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.
