Tom West

Tom West is an experienced entrepreneur and business consultant with a diverse background in the sharing economy and retail sectors. As the Founder and Chief Plate Spinner at RentMy since October 2020, Tom leads a consolidating rent anything marketplace that features embedded insurance for peer-to-peer, business-to-consumer, and business-to-business transactions. Additionally, Tom serves on the Advisory Board of Marketplace Risk, contributing expertise in risk management and compliance for marketplace startups. In the retail arena, Tom has been the Chairman of Jolly Good Pubs since November 2006 and previously held the role of Director at the Association of Convenience Stores. Tom also owned and integrated technology into Premier Stores, where a convenience store and express grocery delivery business were successfully launched. Prior consultancy experience includes advising within the Booker Group.
