Paloma Lima-Mayland

Paloma Lima-Mayland is a seasoned professional in the private equity sector, currently serving as Partner and Head of Private Equity at Markets Group since March 2012. In this role, Paloma oversees the planning and execution of capital introduction and investment due diligence support meetings across Latin America, Europe, and the United States, while also engaging with prominent leaders in the alternative investments industry. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Marketing at Guayaba Capital LLC and various managerial roles at Citi and Symnetics Business Transformation. Paloma holds a degree in Public Relations from Faculdade Cásper Libero and has furthered education with a focus on English as a Second Language at Columbia University.
