Jeff Gower has worked in numerous roles in the past 28 years. Jeff began their career in 1992 as a Project Engineer at Turner Construction Company. In 1994, they moved to VHB as a Project Engineer/Manager and developed the company's first knowledge management platform. In 1997, they worked as a Consultant for Vertex Partners/Braun Consulting and provided business strategies and tactics for product launches, sales force optimization and customer access. In 2000, they became the Director of Business Development at USBuild.com and developed an e-chain. In 2001, they joined Siemens Mobile as the Vice President of Supply Chain Management and helped launch their products in North America. In 2004, they were the President/Founder of the APAC Region at Brightstar. In 2010, they were promoted to Global President of Services and expanded the wireless carrier service model from APAC to new regions. In 2014, they became the Executive Vice President of Product Sales & Services at Samsung Electronics and launched services like Gift Cards, Loyalty/Membership, Deals & Offers and Personalized Services. In 2017, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Trux and then in 2020, they moved to MarketSpark, Inc. as the Chief Executive Officer.
Jeff Gower obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from Union College between 1988 and 1992. Jeff then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Supply Chain & Operations from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology between 1999 and 2001. In 2008, they obtained a certification in Managing the Extended Supply Chain: Beyond Productivity and Efficiency from the MIT Sloan School of Management. In 2010, they obtained a certification in Developing and Managing a Successful Technology and Product Strategy from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
