Erin Moore is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and business management, currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at MarketStar since March 2020, where Erin manages a high-performing team dedicated to supporting sales and digital advertising efforts through an inclusive and effective recruiting cycle. Prior to MarketStar, Erin held various roles at Wayfair, contributing to full-cycle recruitment for sales positions, and served as a Business Development Manager at Alpine Cleaning & Restoration Specialists, where Erin focused on strategic planning and marketing content creation. Earlier experience includes managing office operations and human resources at Bliss Pet Resort and Spa. Erin holds an M.B.A. from Western Governors University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Utah State University.
