Laura William, A-CSPO, CSM

Laura William is an A-CSPO and CSM with over 20 years of experience in product management, project management, UI/UX design and research, and creative direction. Laura has held roles at MarketTime B2B, ServiceCore, 1bg, booj, Tell Tale Publishing, and Pearl Street Publishing.

At MarketTime B2B, they are currently serving as a Product Owner, solving complex problems and providing high value solutions for B2B wholesalers, sales agencies, and retail buyers.

At ServiceCore, they held the roles of Senior Product Owner/Manager, Senior UI Designer/UX Researcher, Senior Project Manager, and Creative Director from 2015-2022. During this time, they managed weekly releases with a Scrum team to produce over 300 product enhancements, resulting in 109% net recurring revenue. Laura also conducted UX design and research, and designed the look and feel and core UI of the ServiceCore web and mobile applications.

At 1bg, they served as Creative Director/Senior UI Designer/UX Researcher from 2015-2022.

At booj, they were Creative Director from 2005-2015. In this role, they led the design department to produce websites and CRM platforms for residential and commercial real estate clients, and created marketing collateral, email communications, customer-facing and back office web applications for the world's largest solid waste management company.

Prior to booj, they were Assistant to the Publisher at Tell Tale Publishing from 2002-2005 and Pearl Street Publishing from 2001-2002.

Laura William has a Bachelor of Fine Arts - BFA in Multimedia from the University of Colorado Denver, a Minor in Music Performance, Vocal from the same university, and a degree from the Lamont School of Music at the University of Denver in Music Performance, Vocal. Laura also attended International Baccalaureate from 1996 to 2000. In 2021, they obtained their Certified ScrumMaster\u00ae (CSM\u00ae) from the Scrum Alliance and their Certified Scrum Product Owner\u00ae (CSPO\u00ae) from the same organization in April of that year. In 2022, they obtained their Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner\u00ae (A-CSPO\u00ae) from the Scrum Alliance.
