Kevin R. Smith

Kevin R. Smith has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kevin R. began their career as a Machine Operator at Blair Manufacturing in 2000 before transitioning to Circle Engineering as a Detailer in 2003. In the same year, they also worked as a Lead CAD Designer and CAM Programmer at 3D Polymers. Kevin then joined VIZION Technologies and Delcam as an Applications/Sales Engineer in 2007. In 2011, they became the Director of Design and Engineering at Enkeboll Designs. Kevin R. subsequently worked as a Senior Applications Engineer at Celeritive Technologies, Inc. from 2012 to 2016. From 2016 to 2019, Kevin served as a Product & Application Specialist at Tebis America, Inc. Kevin R. is currently employed at Markforged, where they started as a Senior Application Engineer in 2019 and currently holds the position of Principal Application Engineer.

Kevin R. Smith attended Oakland Community College from 2001 to 2006. During this time, they pursued various degree programs including an Associate Degree in Applied Science in Technological Sciences, a candidate for Associates of Applied Sciences in Vehicle Design, and a candidate for an Associates degree in General Studies. Additionally, Kevin has obtained certifications such as a Certificate of Completion in Introduction to Composite Printing from Markforged and a Level 1 Fundamental and Level 2 Intermediate CAD Certificate from Oakland Community College.
