Henry Orth has worked in the field of government contracting and logistics since 2007. Henry began their career in the United States Air Force as a Transportation Assistant and was named Distinguished Graduate at the end of their technical training. During their time in the Air Force, they held several different positions, including Logistics Operations Manager and Transportation Management Coordinator, and was awarded the Air Force Achievement Medal for reducing delayed aircraft to zero in a one-year period. In 2017, they began working for IAP Worldwide Services as a Senior Operations Manager, where they revamped practices to reduce man-hours and eliminate excess spending. Since 2019, they have held the roles of Project Manager for both Markley and Brox Industries, Inc. and Principle CEO for Alexander Global LLC, providing consulting services for companies that require direction and guidance for government contracting.

Henry Orth's education history includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - BSBA in Global Business Management from Troy University, which they obtained between 2017 and 2020. Henry also obtained an Associate of Applied Science - AAS in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the Community College of the Air Force between 2009 and 2013. Additionally, Orth has obtained numerous certifications, including an OSHA Scaffolds Course from the American Safety Council, Inc. in October 2019, a Procore Certified: Project Manager (Core Tools) and Procore Certified: Project Manager (Resource Management) from Procore Technologies in October 2019, an OSHA 10-Hour Construction from ClickSafety in August 2019, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean Six Sigma White Belt, and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt in December 2017, a Material Handling Equipment: 60K K-Loader, NGSL K-Loader, 15K/10K/6K/4K ST Forklift, 10K AT Forklift from the United States Air Force in March 2011, an ICODES Load Planning from the United States Air Force in May 2017, and a Hazardous Material Preparer from the United States Air Force in May 2016.
