Paul Andrews has worked in a variety of roles since 2009. Paul began their career as a Head Lifeguard at The Y (YMCA) in 2009. In 2012, they started working as a Field Manager at Atlas College Marketing Group. That same year, they also began an Intern role at North Shore Navigators, where they focused primarily on group ticket sales, networked the North Shore Navigators, and coordinated the sale of over 1000 group tickets for the 2012 Navigators season. In 2013, they took on two intern roles at NESN, one in Marketing and Promotions and one in Sales and Traffic. In 2015, they began working at Oracle as an Enterprise Account Executive for Oracle Service Cloud, an Account Executive for Oracle CX Applications, and an Oracle CPQ Applications Consultant. Finally, in 2017, they began working as a Strategic Partnerships at Markley.

Paul Andrews completed their high school education at Saugus High School from 2006 to 2010. Paul then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing, Management & Leadership from Boston College in 2014. After that, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Boston College Carroll School of Management in 2019. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications, Data Center Certified Associate from Schneider Electric in March 2017, and Inbound Certification from HubSpot in February 2017.
