Christian is the contract manager for the National Park Service, White House, Blanket Purchase Agreement. Markon manages construction projects for the White House, President’s Park and U.S. Secret Service support facilities.
Prior to NPS, Christian supported the DIA FAC contract. Responsibilities include outage coordination, design review, briefings for DIA FAC leadership, representing DIA when working with other agencies in the National Capitol Region, developing the scope of work (SOW), requirements, and working with FAC-1A and 1C.
Christian is a licensed Professional Mechanical Engineer, a credentialed Project Management Professional (PMP)® and a Certified Construction Manager. His additional certifications include U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Construction Quality Management, Certified Construction Inspector, Certified Construction Project Manager, and Certified Construction Consultant.
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the George Washington University. He also has an Associate of Science degree in General Engineering from Northern Virginia Community College.
