Kevin Bayliss

Kevin directly supports an Intelligence Community client as lead project manager and is responsible for multiple, mission-critical infrastructure programs. He is the leader of the West Division, which focuses on the company’s footprint in Colorado and surrounding states.

With more than 25 years of engineering and project management experience, he has successfully delivered design and construction projects for multiple government DoD and IC agencies. His experience includes serving as lead operations officer for a major Army Acquisition Program Manager and managing multiple projects for mission-critical NRO facilities.

In the U.S. Army, he served 26 years as an Aviation officer and retired as a Lieutenant Colonel. Kevin earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MS in Engineering Management from the University of Missouri-Rolla. He is a certified Project Management Professional and is an FAA pilot, rated in fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft.
