Matt Slingwine

Matt leads the Intelligence Community Portfolio for Markon including current engagements within the DIA, DNI, NGA, and NRO markets. He is responsible for overall customer satisfaction, employee and contract health, and portfolio growth.

Since joining Markon in 2009, Matt has led multiple contract engagements for the firm including financial, facilities, strategy/governance, and program management efforts. He leads with a focus on bringing innovative management strategies to the client and a passion for growing internal talent for future leadership opportunities within the firm. Matt's 16-year career includes leading teams on projects totaling over $100 million annually with two of the nation’s largest building firms.

Matt received a Bachelor of Science degree from Grove City College-Pennsylvania in Financial Management. He is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Six Sigma Green Belt, and holds the Project Management Professional (PMP)® credential and the ITIL V3 Foundations.
