Olesya Gerasimova

Olesya Gerasimova is an experienced product designer with a strong background in user experience and interface design. Currently serving as Lead Product Designer at Marks and Spencer since January 2021, Olesya has previously held senior roles at Manifesto, Chambers and Partners, and Splendid Unlimited, focusing on digital transformation and user-centric solutions across various sectors, including healthcare and legal services. Olesya's expertise includes designing online platforms, improving customer experiences, and delivering data-driven projects. Olesya holds a Certificate of Participation in Service Design from the London College of Communication and an MA in Interactive Media from the University of the Arts London, supported by a BA in Journalism, Media & Cultural Studies from Kingston University.
