Scott Townend

Scott Townend is an experienced professional with a significant tenure at Marks and Spencer, currently serving as the Lead Reporting & Analytics Manager since August 2023. In this role, Scott leads a team to develop innovative reporting solutions for Time & Attendance using Blue Yonder WFM, optimizing efficiency and accuracy in store operations. Previously, Scott held positions including Head of Business Solutions and Design, Programme Manager, and Project Manager, contributing to initiatives such as the rollout of Office 365 Groups and the implementation of T&A Blue Yonder solutions. Scott's background also includes management roles in finance and operations, as well as early career positions in retail management.
