Gina Citrola

Gina Citrola, CPA, HCCP is a Partner in the Real Estate Group at Marks Paneth LLP. Since joining the firm in 2002, Ms. Citrola has provided audit services to a wide range of clients in the real estate and commercial business industries, including residential and commercial rental properties, condominiums, and service-based corporations. Ms. Citrola’s broad experience also includes audit and tax work for nonprofits and professional service firms.

Ms. Citrola specializes in the audit of residential properties in the affordable housing industry, including, but not limited to, those regulated by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and those in the low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) program. In conjunction with attest engagements, she assists underlying owners with entity-level and personal tax planning, preparation, and compliance.
