Howard K. Warshaw has more than 30 years of experience in general accounting, taxation and business consulting, Howard K. Warshaw, CPA, brings a common-sense approach and significant client experience to his position as a Partner at Marks Paneth LLP. Throughout his career, he has provided accounting, tax preparation, and advisory services to a wide spectrum of clients. He particularly focuses on the real estate industry, with a concentration in commercial and multifamily real estate. Mr. Warshaw also serves clients in the hospitality industry.

Mr. Warshaw prides himself on providing high-quality and responsive service and paying tremendous attention to detail. He serves as a trusted advisor to his clients on both their business and personal matters. Mr. Warshaw’s deep background also includes serving as a trustee for his clients’ trusts as well as an executor of their wills.

Prior to joining Marks Paneth, Mr. Warshaw was a partner at Leipziger & Breskin LLP, a Manhattan-based accounting firm that combined with Marks Paneth in 2006. At Leipziger & Breskin, Mr. Warshaw rapidly progressed through each level of the firm until 1996, when he became the youngest person ever to have been promoted to partner at that firm.
