Michael J. Fosorile, CPA, is a Partner in the Commercial Business Group at Marks Paneth LLP. Mr. Fosorile provides audit, accounting, and business consulting services to closely-held businesses and partnerships as well as individual business owners. He specializes in the areas of financial services including broker-dealers and investment partnerships, professional services firms including law firms, and audits of employee benefit plans.

Mr. Fosorile has been with Marks Paneth and its predecessor firms for more than 20 years. He previously worked in the financial services industry before joining the firm.
