Pamela Cianciotta

Pamela Cianciotta, CPA, is a Partner in the Commercial Business Group at Marks Paneth LLP, where she provides tax, accounting, and consulting services to clients in various commercial industries, including manufacturing, wholesale, and distribution, media and advertising, and commercial and residential real estate.

Ms. Cianciotta has worked in public accounting since 1997. Throughout her professional career, she has provided her clients with a broad range of services to help them achieve their objectives, such as the preparation of financial statements and projections, business planning and general review, assistance, and consulting for the bookkeeping of complex transactions, and assistance with day-to-day operations. She has additional expertise in the auditing of pension plans, including ESOPs.
