Russell S. Ephraim, CPA, MST, Partner in the Private Client Services Group at Marks Paneth LLP, provides tax preparation and advisory services to both businesses and individuals. Mr. Ephraim has in-depth knowledge and experience related to federal and multi-state preparation of investment and operating partnerships, trusts and estates and foundations.
