Vivian Jin

Vivian Jin, CPA, is a Partner in the Real Estate Group at Marks Paneth LLP. Ms. Jin focuses on serving commercial and residential real estate clients as well as co-ops and low-income housing units. She is responsible for planning and supervising audit engagements and assists clients with many types of real estate transactions including acquisitions and dispositions. She advises her clients on all facets of accounting and tax issues.

Ms. Jin has approximately 20 years of experience in public accounting. As a native speaker of Mandarin Chinese, Ms. Jin is a member of Marks Paneth’s cross-disciplinary team of professionals who provide international services to foreign clients.
