Chelsea Oakland, MBA, currently serves as Brand Program Owner at Markt (MLS), where responsibilities include program strategy and development for seven brands, user experience and training, product awareness, and ensuring timely project completion. Previously, Chelsea held various roles at ARMLS, culminating as Sr. Content Specialist and project leader, and transitioned to Markt LLC upon its inception. Experience also includes leadership in training and training program development at organizations such as Loan Resolution Corporation, EDMC, and CRS Temporary Housing. Markt is a multi-MLS service organization focused on pooling resources and expertise to serve MLSs, brokers, agents better wherever they may be. Serving ARMLS, Metro MLS, realMLS and other MLSs, Markt supports noncontiguous markets with customer support, marketing, technical resources and services of their choosing. Markt is the Dutch word for market. Since a market is any place where two or more parties meet to engage in sharing goods, services or information, the name fits with our MLS vision of making the market work.
