Jennifer Sanders has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jennifer started their career in 2001 as a Customer Service Representative at Acranet, Incorporated, where they executed client requests related to credit applications and coordinated inspections for Real Estate appraisals. Following this, they served as a Help Desk Technician at Washington Mutual Bank in 2005, where they monitored security systems and tracked employee and customer activities. From 2006 to 2009, Jennifer worked as an Account Manager at Rapattoni Corporation, handling customer calls and resolving product complaints. Jennifer then joined Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties as an Administrative Assistant from 2011 to 2012, managing logistics and office supplies. Beginning in 2014, they worked at ARMLS as a Data Integrity Analyst and later as an MLS Analyst and Administrator, responsible for system administration and customer support escalation. Currently, Jennifer is working as a Customer Support Lead at Markt (MLS), where they assist in leading the support team and handles various management tasks such as payroll, scheduling, inventory, and training.

Markt (MLS)
Markt is a multi-MLS service organization focused on pooling resources and expertise to serve MLSs, brokers, agents better wherever they may be. Serving ARMLS, Metro MLS, realMLS and other MLSs, Markt supports noncontiguous markets with customer support, marketing, technical resources and services of their choosing. Markt is the Dutch word for market. Since a market is any place where two or more parties meet to engage in sharing goods, services or information, the name fits with our MLS vision of making the market work.
