Caroline Kohles

Caroline Kohles has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. caroline currently works as a Mental Fitness Coach at Positive Intelligence since 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Handel Life Coach Practitioner at Handel Group® starting from 2018. In 2001, Caroline became the Sr. Director of Health & Wellness at Marlene Meyerson JCC Manhattan, where they co-founded Nia New York™, a holistic lifestyle and fitness practice. caroline also worked as the President of Life Moves from 1998 onwards. Caroline's career began in 1991 when they became a Nia Black Belt & Education Trainer at The Nia Technique.

Caroline Kohles holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree from UC Santa Barbara. Their studies at the university focused on Dance, Performance, Choreography, and Teaching.
