Laura Zaugg

Laura Zaugg, LMSW, currently serves as the Assistant Community School Director at Wediko Children's Services, where responsibilities include providing social-emotional and behavioral support, leading crisis intervention efforts, and delivering professional development trainings. With a strong background in school-based mental health services, Laura has held various roles at Wediko, including School-Based Clinical Consultant and School-Based Clinician, where individual and group counseling was provided. Additionally, experience includes co-facilitating programs for neurodivergent teens at Tech Kids Unlimited and contributing to the JCC Manhattan Teens Program. Laura's foundational experience includes clinical internships at The Jewish Board and Wediko, and earlier roles in program management and residential assistance. Laura holds a Master of Social Work from Hunter College Silberman School of Social Work and a Bachelor's degree from Adelphi University.
