Naomi Skop Richter, LCSW, Sifi Certified, has a diverse work experience in the field of mental health and community programs. Naomi is currently serving as the Senior Director of the Teen + Young Adult Mental Health Initiative at the Marlene Meyerson JCC Manhattan. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Program Officer at the National Council of Jewish Women New York Section and also held the position of Director of Community Programs in the same organization. Naomi has also contributed significantly to the Jewish Teen Funders Network, where they served as Program Manager and Program Associate, coordinating a national network of teen philanthropy program leaders and providing mentorship and consultation to strengthen the field.
