Naomi Skop Richter, LCSW, Sifi Certified, has a diverse work experience in the field of mental health and community programs. Naomi is currently serving as the Senior Director of the Teen + Young Adult Mental Health Initiative at the Marlene Meyerson JCC Manhattan. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Program Officer at the National Council of Jewish Women New York Section and also held the position of Director of Community Programs in the same organization. Naomi has also contributed significantly to the Jewish Teen Funders Network, where they served as Program Manager and Program Associate, coordinating a national network of teen philanthropy program leaders and providing mentorship and consultation to strengthen the field. Earlier in their career, Naomi worked as a Therapist at Astor Services for Children & Families and Comunilife, Inc., where they provided individual and family therapy, led treatment teams, and facilitated various therapeutic interventions. Naomi Skop Richter, LCSW, Sifi Certified, holds a Master's degree (MSW) in Clinical/Medical Social Work from the Hunter School of Social Work, which they obtained from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Psychology from Brandeis University from 2001 to 2005.
