Frank Borchert

Frank is Marlette Funding's General Counsel and is responsible for all things legal and compliance. He has served in the government and been in-house counsel for financial services firms for almost twenty years. Frank enjoys finding creative solutions to difficult problems and negotiating and drafting contracts.
