Aurélie Poilleux has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

Starting in 2013, they worked as a Cost Estimator at ATELIERS DE FRANCE - EDM PROJETS for a period of four months.

In 2014, they joined Immediate Waste and Resource Management Ltd as a Waste Auditor for the "T in the Park" event, where they validated recycling performance, reviewed on-site segregation of waste, made recommendations for improving recycling, and considered environmental impacts.

Aurélie also worked at BOUYGUES UK in 2014, first as a Statistics Manager from September 2014 to April 2015, and later as an Assistant Mechanical Engineer from May 2015 to September 2015. In the latter role, they developed mechanical sizing and estimating tools and assisted the mechanical team in estimating projects.

In 2017, Poilleux joined Van-Derlust as part of the Van-Derlust Project, where they worked until April 2018.

From April to September 2018, they returned to BOUYGUES UK as a Civil Engineer.

Starting in 2018, Aurélie Poilleux began their journey at Marley Spoon. Aurélie initially worked as a CRM Manager Europe from September 2018 to August 2019. Aurélie then transitioned to the role of CRM Manager Global from August 2019 to September 2020. Following that, they held the position of Brand Manager Europe from July 2020 to October 2021. Next, they served as a Senior Brand Manager Europe from July 2021 to March 2022. Finally, they became a Senior Growth Manager Europe in March 2022.

Most recently, in 2023, they joined Choco as a CRM Lead.

Aurélie Poilleux's education history begins in 2008 when they attended Saliege for a period of three years. Although the field of study is not specified, it is known that they focused on mathematics during this time. In 2012, they continued their education at ESTP and completed their studies in 2014, obtaining a French Master's degree in Building Engineering. Aurélie'sstudies at ESTP were specifically focused on Building Engineering.

During their time at ESTP, Aurélie also pursued an additional degree. In 2013, they attended Glasgow Caledonian University and completed a Master of Science degree in Energy and Environmental Management in 2014. Aurélie'sfield of study at Glasgow Caledonian University was Environmental and Health Engineering.

Apart from their formal education, Aurélie has also obtained several certifications. In 2018, they completed the "DIGITAL SKILLS: DIGITAL MARKETING ACCENTURE" course from FutureLearn: Business and Management. Aurélie also obtained certifications in "Digital Skills: Social Media" and "The Complete Digital Marketing Course" from FutureLearn and Udemy, respectively. In 2021, they obtained a Google Ads certification from Google. Most recently, in 2022, Aurélie achieved the Google Ads Search Certification from Google.
