Gabriel Cataneo has a diverse work experience in technical support roles.

Gabriel started their career as an intern at MGS Imagem e Informação, where they gained experience in technical support.

Later, Gabriel joined Nelogica and held various roles, including Technical Support Assistant I, II, and III. In these positions, they provided technical support to a software development company for the financial market, handled customer service via phone and emails, and collaborated with the development team to address bugs and suggest improvements. Gabriel also managed teams and conducted training sessions.

After that, Gabriel worked at e-Core as a Technical Support Engineer II, III, and IV. Gabriel specialized in 3rd level support for Atlassian addons, conducted analysis of technical logs and codes, and provided troubleshooting assistance to customers. Gabriel organized knowledge-sharing meetings and created documentation for project management and troubleshooting. In the role of Technical Support Engineer III, Gabriel took on a leadership position, managing international projects and conducting meetings with reputed clients.

Currently, Gabriel is a Senior Support Engineer at Marley Spoon, where they utilize their expertise to provide technical support and assistance.

Gabriel Cataneo has a diverse education history. From 2013 to 2018, they attended FADERGS and obtained a Bachelor of Technology - BTech degree in Analysis and System Development. In 2020, they pursued further specialization at FADERGS and completed a specialist degree in Business Intelligence and Analytics. Additionally, Gabriel attended Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul from 2023 to 2025, where they obtained a Bachelor of Technology - BTech degree in Game and Interactive Media Design.
