Jacek Baraniecki has a diverse work experience highlighted by their roles at Marley Spoon and the University of Glasgow. At Marley Spoon, they worked for over three years, starting as a Team Lead and then transitioning to the position of Quality Safety Manager. In their role as Quality Safety Manager, Jacek was responsible for optimizing warehouse processes, ensuring customer satisfaction, integrating safety and quality requirements into standard operation procedures, and managing regulatory compliance. Jacek also played a key role in auditing, analyzing data, and implementing corrective actions. Prior to joining Marley Spoon, Jacek worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Glasgow for five years.

Jacek Baraniecki pursued their education in a variety of institutions and fields of study. In 2006-2007, they attended the University of Silesia in Katowice, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree (Licencjat) in Psychology. Later, from 2008 to 2012, they studied at the University of Glasgow and completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree, focusing on a joint honours program in Psychology and Physiology. In 2014-2015, Jacek pursued postgraduate studies, earning Master of Science (MS) degrees from both Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, specializing in Neurobiology and Neuroscience, and Universidade de Coimbra, emphasizing on Neurobiology.
