Vishal Patil

Vishal Patil has a diverse work experience in various industries. Vishal started their career as an Engineering Trainee at Trimurti Engineering Industries in 2013, where they worked on a project to design and develop a special purpose machine. Vishal then moved on to a role as a Production Incharge, where they implemented 5S system and trained workers for workspace efficiency and effectiveness. Vishal also served as the ISO Management Representative and redeveloped operational procedures to implement Total Productive Maintenance.

In 2015, Vishal worked at nudie juice as part of a marketing management course, where they conducted a brand audit and created a marketing plan for the company. Vishal presented the results to the client, gaining valuable consulting experience.

Next, they joined TFE Hotels in 2016 as a Management Consultant Project, working closely with a corporate client to develop solutions for identified business issues. This role provided an intense experiential learning opportunity with mentorship from a lecturer.

Currently, Vishal is working at Marley Spoon, starting as an Operations Excellence Coordinator in 2018. Vishal later moved up to become an Operations Excellence Manager and is currently serving as the Engineering and Automation Manager.

Vishal Patil completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Production Engineering from K.K.Wagh Institute of Engineering, Education and Research, Nashik in 2014. Vishal then pursued a Master's degree in Masters of Management from Macquarie Graduate School of Management (MGSM) from 2015 to 2017.
