Carolina Bayona

Carolina Bayona is an accomplished attorney and legal professional with extensive experience across various roles in the legal field. Currently a Founding Attorney at Bayona Law, P.A. since February 2024, Carolina also serves as In-House Counsel for Marlin Engineering Inc since May 2017. Previously, Carolina worked as a Staff Attorney at Catholic Charities Legal Services, a Fellow at Community Law Teaching, and a Research Assistant at Florida International University College of Law. Carolina gained practical experience through a legal internship at the Carlos A. Costa Immigration and Human Rights Clinic and served as a Law Clerk at Albite Law Group. Carolina's early career included roles as a File Clerk at Houck Anderson and a Student Assistant at the FIU Office of Orientation. Carolina holds a Juris Doctor from Florida International University - College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, graduating cum laude from Florida International University.
