Charles Lapierre

Charles is the Head of Data & Technology, based in our New York office, and is member of the Client Development and Strategy team. With over 11 years of experience in the executive search industry in data project management and technology, he is responsible for the firm’s customer relationship management platform and works to develop and implement search operations processes, training, and data standards across the firm. Charles previously worked at the Diversified Search Group in Human Resources Performance and Learning Management. He graduated from New York University with a master’s degree in Music Technology.
