Greg Rodarte

Greg Rodarte is a seasoned executive search professional with extensive experience in the Healthcare Services and Real Estate industries. Currently serving as Partner and Partner-in-Charge of the Denver office at Marlin Hawk since November 2017, Greg is also a member of the Senior Leadership Team of the firm. Prior to this role, Greg opened Marlin Hawk's global office in Denver and held several positions at Heidrick & Struggles and Spencer Stuart, progressing from Associate to Principal. Additionally, Greg served as Practice Manager at Teach For America and was a Corps Member in Secondary Math. Greg holds a Bachelor of Science in International Politics from Georgetown University and a Master of Science in Educational Leadership from The Johns Hopkins University.
