Kristian Ryberg

Kristian Ryberg is a seasoned professional in the maritime and technology sectors, currently serving as the General Manager and Maritime & Government Sales Director at Marlink AB since January 2025. With a history of leadership roles, Kristian has been a member of the Management Board for the Swedish Marine Technology Forum since March 2022, and also serves in a similar capacity at Öckerö Företag since May 2022. Kristian founded Seawave Venture, an investment firm focused on the maritime industry, in July 2019. Previous experience includes roles at NSSLGlobal and SEA IT, among others. Kristian has pursued extensive education, including executive programs at Harvard Business School and MIT Sloan. Expertise spans digital solutions, maritime operations, satellite communications, and strategic business development.
