Charlie Barbieri

Charlie Barbieri currently serves as the Head Baseball Coach at SUNY Maritime College since August 2014, while also coaching the 17U/18U Scout Team for the Miami Marlins since October 2011. Additional roles include Head Baseball Coach for the Long Island Storm Collegiate Baseball Team and Hitting Instructor at Storm Baseball Academy, both commencing in June 2009 and June 2008 respectively. Previously, Charlie Barbieri was the Head Varsity Baseball Coach at Midwood High School from September 2007 to August 2014 and served as an Associate Scout for the Toronto Blue Jays during the 2013-2014 season. Charlie Barbieri is also a dedicated educator with experience teaching for the NYC Board of Education since September 2002. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education and a Master of Science in Health Education from Adelphi University, with additional studies at LIU Post.
