Cynthia Gracia

Cynthia Gracia currently serves as the Executive Assistant to the President of Business Operations at the Miami Marlins since April 2023 and has also held the position of Director of Operations at True North Classical Academy since March 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing school operations in conjunction with the Head of Schools and CEO. Previously, Cynthia Gracia worked for Miami-Dade County Public Schools at Melrose Elementary School as the Administrative Director of School Operations from June 2005 to May 2019, where tasks included developing standard operating procedures and managing districtwide instructional leaders' schedules. Cynthia Gracia holds a Master of Science in Elementary Education/Leadership & Supervision from Nova Southeastern University and an Associate in Arts in Education and Early Childhood from Miami Dade Community College.
