John Yen

John Yen is an experienced executive in the water solutions industry, currently serving as Vice President and General Manager at Marmon Industrial Water since January 2017, where responsibility includes overseeing the Rental Equipment Services segment. Previously, John held multiple leadership roles at Graver Water Systems, LLC, including Director of Business Development, during which a significant revamp of the sales rep network led to enhanced performance. At BASF Water Solutions, John managed channel partner strategies contributing to substantial growth in key accounts. A significant part of John's career was spent at Siemens Water Technologies, where various high-level positions included Director of Portfolio Management, overseeing global product strategies and market analysis.
