Production and Planning Team

The Production and Planning Team at Marmonil is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the production process across all three factories in Egypt. This includes coordinating raw material acquisition from the company’s 40 quarries, scheduling production to meet the annual capacity of 2.5 million square meters, and ensuring the efficient operation of machinery. The team plays a crucial role in maintaining the quality and timely delivery of diverse stone products to global projects, leveraging advanced planning strategies and resource management to support Marmonil’s mission of becoming a global leader in natural stone production.
