Jeff Hughes

Jeff Hughes has over 13 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Jeff currently serves as the Mid Atlantic VP of Operations at Maronda Homes, a position they started in January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Manager at Focal Point Homes from June 2021 to January 2022. Jeff also held Project Manager and Production Supervisor roles at Ryan Homes from October 2015 to June 2021. Jeff started their career as a Financial Associate at ICMA-RC in December 2014 and had an internship as a Project Management Intern at Aetna in 2013. Before that, Jeff worked as an Import Coordinator Intern at Samuel Shapiro & Company, Inc. in 2012 and as a Consultative Sales employee at Sears, Roebuck and Co. from 2009 to 2012.

Jeff Hughes attended High Point University from 2010 to 2014 and completed a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business. In 2017, Jeff enrolled in Georgetown University and graduated in 2019 with a Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate.
