Kelly Roman

Kelly Roman has a diverse background in various roles, starting as a Financial Reporting Accountant at Tampa Electric in 2004. Kelly later transitioned into roles such as a System Administrator and Senior Fuels Analyst. Moving forward, they held positions at Dimmitt Automotive Group as an Assistant Controller and Brand Executive. Kelly then joined ConnectWise, where they worked as a Business Analyst, Customer Success Manager, and ultimately as Customer Success Operations Manager. Their most recent role was at Terminus as a Customer Success Operations Manager before becoming the Director of Revenue Operations at Maropost. Throughout their career, Kelly has demonstrated a strong ability to lead cross-departmental teams, implement software solutions, design customer experience strategies, and analyze data to drive business objectives.

Kelly Roman graduated from Flagler College in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting. In 2012, Kelly completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Tampa. In 2022, Kelly obtained a Gainsight NXT Associate Administrator Certificate from Gainsight.
