Rusty Lytle

Rusty Lytle currently serves as the Director of the Preconstruction Design Build Group at Marous Brothers Construction, a position held since May 2022. Prior to this role, Rusty held the title of Vice President and Director of Sales/Estimating at Pinnacle Construction & Development Group, Inc. from August 2008 to June 2022, where responsibilities included leading sales and marketing efforts, evaluating bids, and conducting site visits. Earlier experience includes serving as Project Manager and Assistant Director of Operations at Hanlin Rainaldi Construction from July 2005 to July 2008, managing project operations, scheduling, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with building codes.
